Frank Lewis EI‑Bey, Trustee, CEO, died on February 16, 2003, thereafter,
Lawrence Ross El succeeded Frank Lewis El‑Bey as Trustee, CEO. The trust
action that was litigated in the United States District Court and the
action in the Superior Court were both denied, however, the merits of
the cases were not ruled on, therefore, both cases will again be before
the courts.
